  1. What are your hours of operation?

    Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). We are closed for all major U.S. holidays.

  2. My country is not listed, can you ship products to me?

    We are able to ship to most countries world wide. Our current list of countries is made up of those that we ship to frequently. If your country is not listed for shipping please contact us and we will enable shipping to your country.

  3. What are my shipping options?

    We only offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers have the option of choosing from the following 3 USPS shipping priorities:

    First Class Mail: Only offered domestically on orders weighing 13 oz. or less Delivered to most destinations in the U.S. in 2 to 8 BUSINESS days. International delivery times vary by destination.

    Priority Mail: Delivered to most destinations in the U.S. in 2 to 4 BUSINESS days. International delivery times are estimated 6 to 8 BUSINESS days.

    Express Mail: Delivered to most destinations in the U.S. in 1 to 2 BUSINESS days. International delivery times are estimated 3 to 5 BUSINESS days.

  4. When will my order be shipped?

    Most orders will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS days of it being placed. Due to national holidays and USPS closures this may not always be possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  5. How do I track my order?

  6. Why did I not receive tracking information on my order?

    We are only able to offer tracking information on first class orders to Canada and the United States. All other desinations are not offered tracking on first class international orders at this time. All priority and priority erxpress orders will have tracking information regardless of desination.

    We will provide a full refund or replace with a like item for items RETURNED postmarked within 30 days of purchase meeting the following criteria.

    Unopened items: If you make a mistake ordering and order the wrong item, WE WILL exchange it for another product as long as the item isunopened. The customer will be liable for postage/shipping charges to send the item for exchange back as well as for the new item to be sent back to the customer. We do not refund shipping charges.

    Due to health concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products. We reserve the right to exchange an open product if we deem a manufacturer defect has caused the product to work incorrectly. The customer will be liable for postage/shipping charges to send the item for exchange back as well as for the new item to be sent back to the customer.

    WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES ONCE A ITEM IS SHIPPED.

  8. Do you price match other retailers?

    We do not price match other retailers. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments or credits at our discretion.

  9. How do I find out if my state allows wolf hunting?

    We strive to remain up to date on all states that offer wolf hunting in the US. We offer a section regarding the local laws for each state that currently offers a wolf hunting season. While this information is taken directly from Fish and Game websites, we encourage you to visit your local Fish and Game website for more details regarding wolf hunting in your area.
